Registration Form:

A registration form will be completed and sent to you before the trials take place.

 

Documents:
- A head and shoulders photo of the player, in front of a white background.
- A copy of the players' passport or birth certificate.
- The completed registration form, which will be sent to you prior to the trials.

Kit:
It will be ordered and delivered on successful completion of trials and registration
